How is it different from an ordinary smartphone?
The Senifone S1 is an Android smartphone with a simple home screen. It shows large buttons, clear text and your most important contacts. You choose which apps appear on the home screen.
Can I use WhatsApp and other apps?
Yes. You can download WhatsApp and other apps from the Google Play Store. Messages and video calls need Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. The Senifone S1 is unlocked and takes a nano-SIM card. You can keep your existing plan or prepaid card. If your SIM is a different size, ask your provider for a nano-SIM while keeping your number.
Do I need the Companion App to use Senifone?
No. You can use the Senifone S1 independently. The free Companion App lets a loved one help remotely. Connecting and checking in requires your permission.
Can I try Senifone for 30 days?
Yes. You can try the Senifone S1 for 30 days after delivery. If it does not suit you, you can return it under our return policy. Our customer service team can help.
